Rights, likeness and consent
Ownership of output
On delivery, you own the deliverable and every right needed to use it commercially, in perpetuity, worldwide. We keep no licence to publish, resell or display your work, and will not use it as a portfolio piece without written permission.
Rights in what you upload
You must hold the rights to every asset you bring: product photography, packaging artwork, brand marks, reference imagery and audio. KIT ENGINE records your attestation of scope, subject, licence and intended use, with a timestamp and a name.
Likeness and consent
An identifiable person may only become a character element with consent on file that names the scope and duration of use. KIT ENGINE shows that expiry on the element and refuses to route work to it once it lapses, rather than quietly continuing.
Third-party marks
KIT ENGINE refuses to generate another company's mark, logo or trade dress. Where you own the mark, bind it as a logo asset and the attestation covers it; KIT ENGINE still checks the output for marks that arrived by accident and flags them.
Provenance
Every export carries a disclosure sidecar: what made it, which models touched it, which checks passed, what was flagged and what was refused. It is designed to be handed to a client, a broadcaster or a regulator without further explanation.
Indemnity
We indemnify you against a claim that KIT ENGINE's own service infringes a third party's rights. You indemnify us against a claim arising from what you uploaded or attested to. Neither of us indemnifies the other for a deliberate breach of the acceptable use policy.
