Acceptable use policy
Refusals
KIT ENGINE refuses before it spends. A refusal names the specific boundary, records itself on the production, and offers the routes that remain, usually a version of the request that is inside policy. A refusal is not a moral judgement of you; it is the limit of what we will produce.
Absolute limits
Sexual content involving minors. Non-consensual intimate imagery. Content that incites violence or terrorism. Instructions for weapons capable of mass harm. These are never available, under any plan, with any attestation.
Rights-dependent limits
Third-party trade marks, logos and characters; identifiable people, living or dead; copyrighted works as a style target by name. These become available only where you hold the right and the attestation is on file, and KIT ENGINE still refuses where the intended use is deceptive.
Deception
No content presented as a real photograph of an event that did not occur; no impersonation of a real person's speech or likeness; no political advertising that hides its source. KIT ENGINE's disclosure sidecar travels with every export precisely so that provenance is not a matter of trust.
Enforcement
First, a refusal at the point of the request. Repeated attempts to route around a refusal are flagged to the workspace owner. Sustained or severe abuse ends the account, and we will say which clause it breached.
Challenging a refusal
Write to [email protected] with the production identifier. A person reviews it, and we tell you the outcome and the reasoning. Where we were wrong, the refusal is reversed and the record annotated rather than deleted.
