What exactly is a credit?
One credit is one dollar of finished work, at list. A studio frame is about 0.50, a four-second shot 2.50, a minute of voice read 1.00 — so a plan's number is what it makes, not what it costs you. The price is on the table before anything runs.
What happens if I reject the result?
It costs you nothing. You pay for the outputs you keep. A failure or a refusal never bills.
Do unused credits roll over?
There is nothing to roll over — they simply stay. Credits sit in your account until you spend them, on every plan, however long that takes. They do not expire. The only thing that removes them is deleting the account, which takes the workspace and everything in it.
Can I buy credits without a plan?
Yes, in top-ups from the ledger. Six sizes, from $20 for 21 credits to $1,000 for 1,400 — the bigger the top-up the cheaper the credit, $0.95 down to $0.71, and $1,000 is the largest. Plans exist because they are cheaper still per credit — Pro is 70 credits of work for $49 — not to lock you in.
