AI disclosure and disclaimer
What generated means here
KIT ENGINE composes deliverables with generative models. Even where an asset shows a real product you supplied, the lighting, environment, hands and surfaces around it are synthesised. Treat every output as an illustration, not documentary evidence, and label it accordingly in markets that require it.
What a human does
A named person sets the brief, and a named person gives the verdict that releases a deliverable. KIT ENGINE will not deliver an unapproved file. That approval is a judgement about craft and fit, and it is recorded with the identity, timestamp and the version approved.
What verification covers
Our checks confirm the deliverable matches the brief: the bound product is the bound product, text renders correctly, the ratio and colour space are right, and no refused category appears. They do not confirm that a price, ingredient, performance figure or comparative claim in your copy is accurate. Substantiating claims remains yours.
Known limits
Generated imagery can misresolve fine mechanical detail, small legal type, reflective packaging, hands and crowded backgrounds. KIT ENGINE flags low-confidence regions rather than silently repairing them. For regulated categories, medical, financial, automotive safety, children's products, have the final file reviewed by the same people who would review a photograph.
Disclosure that travels
Every deliverable exports with a provenance record: the brief, the models that ran, the assets bound, the checks that passed, the person who approved. Publish it as-is. Do not edit a KIT ENGINE disclosure record and re-attribute it to us, the record is the artefact that makes the claim verifiable.
No advice, no guarantee of clearance
Nothing KIT ENGINE produces or states is legal, medical, financial or advertising-compliance advice, and delivery is not clearance to publish. Where a jurisdiction requires an AI label, a consent record or a filing, that obligation sits with the publisher of the asset.
