Trademark and brand use

Last updated 18 July 2026 · effective on that date

The marks

“Kit”, “Kit Engine” and the Kit mark are trademarks of OVRS LTD. Use them only from the files we supply, at the supplied proportions, with clear space equal to the height of the mark on every side. Do not recolour, outline, animate, rotate, or set the mark on a background that reduces its contrast below legibility.

Referring to KIT ENGINE in your work

Factual, unadorned references are fine: “made with KIT ENGINE”, “produced using KIT ENGINE”. Do not use our name in your product name, domain, app title, ad headline or social handle, and do not use it in a way that suggests review, endorsement, certification or partnership where none exists.

What needs approval

Press releases, case studies, award submissions, investor decks and paid media that name KIT ENGINE require written approval before publication. Send the draft to [email protected] and expect a reply within five working days. Approval covers that use, that wording, that date.

How we use your name

We name a customer, show their work or quote them only with written permission, and only in the contexts that permission covers. Withdraw it at any time by writing to [email protected]; we remove the reference from surfaces we control within ten working days and stop using it in new material immediately.

Third-party marks

Products, brands and marks that appear in customer work belong to their owners. Their appearance in work shown on this site is not a claim of affiliation or endorsement by those owners.

Enforcement

We would much rather send a note than a letter. Where use is confusing or misleading we will ask for a specific change and a reasonable date; withdrawing permission is a last resort.
