Marketing claims and figures
How turnaround is measured
Times such as “8 in 4m” are the median wall-clock minutes from a brief being committed to the last deliverable being approved, across the trailing 90 days of production on that asset class. Queue waits during provider incidents are included. Runs cancelled by the customer are excluded. Medians move; the figure on the page is refreshed monthly.
What the sample work shows
Work shown on this site is either produced by KIT ENGINE for a customer who has consented to its display, or produced by KIT ENGINE specifically for this site. Where a client is unnamed, the asset is shown with permission under a confidentiality obligation. Interface screens are real product views with account details replaced.
Pricing figures
Per-credit rates are list prices for the tier shown and exclude tax. The volume rate applies from the stated commitment onward, not retroactively to earlier purchases. Credits do not expire. Nothing on the pricing page is an offer capable of acceptance until it appears on an order form.
Comparisons
Where we compare KIT ENGINE to a shoot or an agency round, the comparison is to the process it replaced for that customer, described by them. It is not a benchmark against any named competitor, and we do not publish comparative claims about other products.
Forward-looking statements
Roadmap language (anything described as in progress, planned or coming) is a current intention, not a commitment. We do not claim a certification before the report exists, and we will say so plainly when something has slipped.
Correcting a figure
If a number here looks wrong, write to [email protected] with the page. We correct errors on the page and note the correction date rather than quietly restating the figure.
