A launch set in an afternoon

A refill bottle with no studio time left before the retail deadline. Eight frames, two verticals, one flagged for cap drift and re-run — kept, exported and on the PDP the same day.

The situation

Packaging landed nine days late from the filler. The retail deadline did not move, the studio the team normally books was full, and the PDP needed eight images plus two verticals for stories.

We had already written off the launch imagery. It came back before the packaging photos we were waiting on.

How it ran
  1. 01
    Bind the product once
The bottle front was uploaded as a product element with an attestation on file. Every frame in the run referenced that element, so the label geometry was fixed rather than re-imagined per frame.
  2. 02
    Price before producing
KIT ENGINE read the brief, asked two questions it could not infer — split of ratios, ground colour — and returned a plan priced at 4.00–6.50 credits. The team approved it and the run started.
  3. 03
    Flag, do not fix
Frame six failed the subject-match check: the cap had drifted from the reference. KIT ENGINE stopped and asked, rather than silently correcting. The team re-ran that single frame at no charge.
What shipped

Seven frames kept on the first pass, one on the second. The set went live the same afternoon, and the run record — models, checks, verdicts and names — exported with the files for the retailer's compliance pack.
